SHIPPING

Each item is made to order by hand.

Standard delivery (Deutsche Post, DHL, or UPS) is 2-3 weeks from order placement, but due to the nature of the work, some pieces can take longer (custom jewelry, or pieces with plating or custom engraving, for example). On occasion, our schedule permits quicker turnaround times, so don’t let this deter you from ordering the piece you or your loved one is interested in, and please contact us to inquire.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

*Should you need a time estimate or have any concern, please contact us, as we are unfortunately not able to offer order cancellations after 2 hours of order placement.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Each piece is handmade and finished just for you. For this reason, as well as for hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges may be accepted for store credit only and must be received at our studio within 14 days of original delivery. Again - please be sure to contact us before sending, so we can provide shipment instructions. Proof of purchase is required for all returning items. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged during their return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of order placement.

Custom jewelry, earrings, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.


MADE TO ORDER + CUSTOM JEWELRY

Please allow 2-4 weeks for made to order and custom jewelry. If you need something in a shorter timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate. We may also suggest alternative styles that can be available sooner.

I LOST AN EARRING...

Not to worry - we can make a new one to complete your pair! Because each piece is handmade to order, each one is unique, so we’ll ask that you send us the remaining earring. This way, we can make another one that matches as perfectly as possible. Generally, the cost will be half the regular price of the earrings, as listed in our shop.
