HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We are currently shipping from Berlin, Germany. For domestic orders, shipping is $3, and for international $5.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Because each item is handmade to order, they are expected to ship within approximately 2 weeks of order placement and sent with regular shipping via Deutsche Post.* You will receive a shipping notification when each order is shipped.
*Please note: for certain pieces (with gold or silver plating), production can take longer. Please send an email to email@example.com, should you need a time estimate or concern, as we are unfortunately not able to offer order cancellations.
Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 1 business week from shipping date.
International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and Deutsche Post estimates international delivery to take between 7 and 10 business days, due to customs, we cannot guarantee how long delivery will actually take. Customs can be difficult to predict and may hold on to a package for as long as ten weeks. Should you experience such a delay in shipping, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country's customs agency. These are not included in the checkout total. Payment of any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery. Elizabeth Leflar is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS + EXCHANGES
Each piece is handmade and hand-finished to order, so we are only able to accept cancellations and offer a full refund within 48 hours of order placement.
Exchanges are accepted for equal or greater value, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery. While we are able to offer free shipping on outgoing items, shipping costs for exchanges are not covered.

CAN I BUY JUST ONE EARRING IF I LOST ITS MATE?
Absolutely! Because each piece is handmade (often to order), each one is unique, so we’ll ask that you send us the lone earring. This way, we can make another one that matches as perfectly as possible. The cost will be half the regular price of the earrings, as listed in our shop.

Upon purchasing, you will be asked for your email address for billing purposes and in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
Should you choose to sign up on the website or at checkout for our newsletter, your email will only be used for that purpose. You will receive periodic news of collection launches, sales, and events.
If, at any point, you would no longer to receive news, you can unsubscribe in any email footer, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete your contact information entirely from our list.
In any case, none of your information will ever be shared in any way with any third party.
