We are currently shipping from Berlin, Germany. For domestic orders, shipping is FREE, and for international $10.


Each item is made by hand and to order, in a process of sentiment and tradition. Standard delivery (Deutsche Post) is 2-3 weeks from order placement, but due to the nature of the work, some pieces can take longer (pieces with plating or custom engraving, for example). You will receive a notification, once your order has shipped.

On occasion, our schedule permits exceptions, so don’t let this deter you from ordering the piece you or your loved one is interested in, and contact us to inquire.

Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 1 business week from shipping date.

International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and Deutsche Post estimates international delivery to take between 7 and 10 business days, due to customs, we cannot guarantee how long delivery will actually take. Customs can be difficult to predict and may hold on to a package for as long as ten weeks. Should you experience such a delay in shipping, please contact your local customs office. 

Please note that duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country's customs agency, and are not included in the checkout total. Because they vary from country to country, payment of any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees may be collected at the time of delivery.


Please understand that we are unable to refund for packages lost in transit, or for packages that are un-retrieved or stollen, that have been confirmed as delivered, but we do always ship with a tracking number, so you can track your order on its way to you.

We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packages that have been marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Elizabeth Leflar. These will incur a fee for reshipment, so please make sure that your shipping address is correct.


Purchases are final. Each piece is handmade and hand-finished to order, so we are only able to accept cancellations with a full refund within 48 hours of order placement.  

Exchanges are accepted for equal or greater value, if received back at Elizabeth Leflar within 14 days of delivery - please be sure to
contact us  before putting it in the mail. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged during their return. While we are able to offer free domestic shipping on original outgoing items, shipping costs for exchanges are not covered.


Upon purchasing, you will be asked for your email address for billing purposes and in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Should you choose to sign up on the website or at checkout for our newsletter, your email will only be used for that purpose. You will receive periodic news of collection launches, sales, and events.

If, at any point, you would no longer to receive news, you can unsubscribe in any email footer, or by emailing us at We will delete your contact information entirely from our list.

In any case, none of your information will ever be shared in any way with any third party.
