Each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted to order. As such, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made. Custom jewelry, as well as pieces with gold-plating, or custom engraving may require additional production time.

On occasion, our schedule permits quicker turnaround times, so if time is of concern, please contact us to inquire.

Please understand that we are unable to refund for packages lost in transit, or for packages that are un-retrieved or stollen, that have been confirmed as delivered, but we do always ship with a tracking number, so you can track your order on its way to you.

We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packages that have been marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Elizabeth Leflar. These will incur a fee for reshipment, so please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

EUROPEAN UNION

Standard delivery within the EU is with Deutsche Post, DHL, or UPS and can be expected between 1-3 weeks from order placement.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

NON-EU INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped with a DHL or UPS tracking number, of which you will receive a notification when your order ships.

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination country and Customs inspections, so although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee international delivery times. Should you experience such a delay in shipping, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country's customs agency, and are not included in the checkout total. Because they vary from country to country, payment of any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees may be collected at the time of delivery.
