Because each piece is carefully constructed by hand, some pieces are delicate. Please care for your jewelry by removing it before showering, exercising, or sleeping and avoid water contact.

Repairs are accepted, though are subject to a fee, based on the nature of the damage. Please contact us, should you have any further questions.

This metal tends to acquire a patina as it ages over time. While this makes your piece all the more one-of-a-kind, should you prefer a brighter finish, this process can be slowed by proper storage and care for your brass jewelry.

When not wearing, we recommend storing your brass jewelry wrapped in tissue or a soft cloth, and inside an airtight container. Humidity and chemicals can speed up patina development, so it's best to keep your jewelry in a dry environment.

If you wish to brighten your brass, you can do so carefully with a polishing cloth, or by making a paste of baking soda and lemon juice, and gently rubbing the surface with a soft cloth. Please do not use anything abrasive, as this can scratch the jewelry's surface.

*Extra tip! Flat Coca-Cola works wonders in brightening brass - fully submerge your brass jewelry in a bowl or cup and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Be sure to rinse off after and gently dry your jewelry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Please do not do this with pearl jewelry!

When worn regularly, your silver pieces will hold their brightness. Left in the open or unworn for prolonged periods, a darkening or "greying" will occur. Exposure to humidity, salt water, or chemicals including cosmetics, can also cause this darkening process to occur. This tarnish can be easily removed by wiping the silver with a polishing cloth.

Please avoid any abrasives and harsh chemicals, as these scratch and wear the surface.

Gold is the purest of metals and typically does not tarnish. You may have your gold jewelry professionally cleaned, if desired, or simply give it a wipe with a jewelry cloth for extra shine.

Please avoid any abrasives and harsh chemicals, as these scratch and wear the surface.

Jewelry with gold-plating requires a little extra care. Please keep this jewelry separate from other jewelry, ideally wrapped in tissue or soft cloth, and in a dry environment. Brightness can be refreshed with jewelry cloths specifically made for gold-plated jewelry, or by having it professionally cleaned.

Please avoid any abrasives and harsh chemicals, as these can wear away the gold-plating. Over time, should you need your gold-plating restored, this can be done by a jewelry professional.

Jewelry with pearls needs a little extra care. We select these by hand and only use natural pearls. Please remember that they can scratch and are sensitive to extreme changes in heat. Being alkaline, it's important to keep pearl pieces away from acidity, such as perfumes and sunless-tanning products. As with your other jewelry, please wipe pearls after wearing with a soft cloth. Additional cleaning can be done by a reliable jeweler, but is generally not needed more than once per year at most.
